TIME:

LOCATION:
Both the 5K and the 15K runs will be held on Fort Chaffee Redevelopment land. Check-in will begin at 6:30 a.m. at Constitution Park at the intersection of Ward Avenue and Fort Smith Blvd.

DIRECTIONS TO RACE:
If you are coming in from Interstate 40, take the I-540 exit to Fort Smith, take exit #11 at Zero to the east. Follow Zero to Veterans Avenue and turn right, then left on Fort Smith Blvd. to intersection.

To register online, go to www.rivervalleyrun.org. The cut-off will be midnight, September 20, 2008. Late fees go into effect at that time.

PACKET PICKUP:
Packets must be picked up (unless $6.00 is provided to mail) at the FCA office, 3200 Old Greenwood Road, Fort Smith, Arkansas. Hours for pickup are 8:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
the week of September 20-25.

AGE CATAGORIES:
15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+

AWARDS:
Awards will be given 3 deep by gender and age. Overall male and femal runners will be honored. The awards ceremony will be held at 10:00 a.m. at Constitution Park at Fort Chaffee. Awards will not be mailed to winners. If you cannot attend the Awards Ceremony, you may call and make arrangements to have the award sent to you at your expense.
